5ME Updates eLOG Software

5ME, a provider of asset monitoring and manufacturing efficiency software, has updated Freedom eLOG to include a new Dashboards feature. This function, according to the company, enables users to see all department-relevant data on a single screen.

This customizable software lets users create their own dashboard size and design, establish machine scope, data criteria and refresh rate. These dashboard can complete ongoing monitoring and also be edited, deleted or printed for long-term record keeping.

Available dashlets include Banner, Summary View, Machine Status, Events List, Alerts Top 25, Events Top 25, Embedded Page, Custom State, Custom Data and more. These dashlets can be configured for a single machine, a cell or a mix of various machines on the shop floor.

The eLOG suite can extract manufacturing data to produce Web-based reports and analytics on asset utilization, availability, performance and quality.
