Additive Manufacturing Users Group Elects Board

The members will serve on the committee for a one-year term.

The Additive Manufacturing Users Group (AMUG) has elected its new board for the 2015-2016 term. These members, selected at the annual business meeting, will help oversee the April 2016 conference.

According to a press release, members re-elected the outgoing board for a second term. The board consists of:

  • President: Mark Barfoot, Hyphen
  • Past President: Bret Bordner, formerly 3D Systems
  • Vice President: Steve Deak, GE Aviation
  • Vice President: Dana Foster, rp+m
  • Secretary: Kim Killoran, Stratasys
  • Even Manager: Thomas Sorovetz, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles
In addition to the individuals appointed at the elections, the following are now members of the board:
  • Treasurer: Vince Anewenter, Milwaukee School of Engineering
  • AM Industry Adviser: Todd Grimm, T.A. Grimm & Associates
The board also has three global ambassadors from GP Tromans Associates, SLM Solutions and Concept Laser.
