Adept Scientific plc (Letchworth, Hertsfordshire, UK) introduced Northwest Analytical‘s (Portland, OR) Quality Monitor 2.4, which comes with factory-floor statistical process control (SPC) software. It is said to be easy to use, interface, and integrate.

NWA Quality Monitor 2.4 gives manufacturers powerful, configurable software for plant-floor data collection and SPC charting in an off-the-shelf package. Quality Monitor has increased functionality making it the single solution for plant-floor SPC: workflow procedures can be standardized, data collection automated, and real-time SPC feedback provided throughout the operation. It enables all plant floor workstations to use the same core software with task-specific configurations for each application.

Operator interface and chart formats can be standardized and context-sensitive online help can support standard operating procedures and simplify meeting quality assurance and vendor certification program requirements. Visit Adept Scientific International for details.
