Advantech Launches a Five-Port USB 2.0 Hub

The Industrial Automation Group of Advantech (Cincinnati, OH) introduces the USB-4622 2.0 USB hub, capable of connecting five USB slave modules with a 480Mbps data transmitting rate.

Advantech’s lockable cable design secures the slave module connections, preventing the cable from being accidentally unplugged.

The USB-4622 adapts to the 24V standard and is powered by a 10-30VDC input adapter. This will guarantee stable power to support five USB devices at 500mA each. It’s portable, lockable, and DIN-rail mountable designed for rugged industrial USB-based applications.

The five-port USB 2.0 Hub starts at $195.
