The updated version of 3DM View (1.6) from AMC Bridge features a threshold for minimal scaling, improvements of rendering quality for both small and very large models, and a partial fix of visibility issues.

3DM View is an Android application for 3D model rendering that supports openNURBS (.3DM) files, including files generated by the Rhino family of products from McNeel & Associates.
