Autodesk to Acquire netfabb

Autodesk has entered an agreement to acquire netfabb, a developer of software solutions for industrial additive design and manufacturing. According to a company press release, Autodesk will also invest in FIT Group, netfabb’s parent company.

This partnership with FIT Group will also usher collaboration on industrial additive manufacturing technology adoption and development.
