After making headlines last year with its 3D-printed car, Local Motors has partnered with IBM to develop Olli, a cognitive self-driving vehicle. With a connection to Watson, Olli can analyze and collect local traffic data as well as rider awareness info. Olli is currently on the road in Washington D.C., with plans to be available in Miami and Las Vegas.
