Contex Launches SD One Wide Format Scanner

The device can scan a variety of CAD and engineering documents and has cloud connectivity.

Contex, a provider of wide format scanning and imaging solutions, will launch its new SD One wide format scanner at the ISA Expo in Las Vegas. The system, according to the company, is specifically designed for convenience scanning. The expo is April 9 to 11.

The SD One can scan documents from 24 to 54 in. wide. It can process CAD and engineering files, maps, GIS, artwork and more. It has cloud connectivity and is easy to transport.

“We are excited to showcase the SD One at ISA Expo,” says Rich Gigl, vice president of Marketing, National/AZON, a Contex Master distributor. “The scanner is ideal for many of our customers that need a basic wide format scanner within arm’s reach, versus one located in another department or building. It’s a nice addition to an office and adds a boost to productivity.”
