Convert all 2D and 3D data via new plug-ins.

Datakit has announced new SolidWorks converter plug-ins, including JT 3D to SolidWorks and CATIA V4/5/6 2D and 3D to SolidWorks.

The converter plug-ins do not require CATIA licenses, and can translate all 2D and 3D data.

The brand new CATIA V5 3D to SolidWorks is based on the new Datakit API which significantly improves the geometric conversion of native CAD models. It converts part and assembly files, as well as all 3D data, including CATIA V5 Exact Solids.

The CATIA V6 to SolidWorks translator requires SolidWorks (2010 or later) and Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7 in order to work properly.
