Dell Services has opened the Digital Experience Studio in Plano, Texas. The studio, according to the company, will help customers determine their digital transformation strategy and help guide them through their digital journey.

The studio allows customers to experience real-world demonstrations, view digital use cases and collaborate with Dell experts to create their digital strategy. Immersive workspaces in the studio are designed to make content more engaging, meetings more productive and allow for increased collaboration, a press release states.

It includes technology for hands-on design and realization, real-time journey maps, the Internet of Things and usability testing, and more.

“In the digital world, customer experience is the key to a successful digital transformation,” said Raman Sapra, executive director and global head, Digital Business Services, Dell. “The studio will help render the art of the possible for our customers by helping them realize ways to undertake digital transformation and cutting-edge innovation. Successful digital transformation enables our customers to improve efficiencies across business operations, enhance their customers’ experience, improve employee engagement, create new revenue channels and increase profitability.”
