ETRAGE LLC has added AutoCAD to Plot Service for Windchill (PSW) for the creation of viewable files,  such as PDF files.

AutoCAD drawings that are managed by Windchill can now be automatically processed by PSW for creation of PDF file formats.

PSW was initially developed to process Pro/ENGINEER models to the viewable formats of PDF, ProductView, JT,  VRML, HPGL, IGES, ACIS, STEP, STL, Shrink-Wrap, DXF, TIFF, BMP, JPG and EPS formats.  Etrage has been expanding PSW to process many of the CAD applications that are managed by the Windchill Work Group Managers such as Inventor, CATIA V5, SolidWorks NX and now AutoCAD.

PSW has three operating modes:  automatic processing on changes of lifecycle and revision or at check-in, batch processing, and on-demand processing.
