Frame Brings CAD Windows Applications to the Cloud

The platform has expansive compatibility with design softwares.

Frame, a provider of virtualized software and cloud applications, has launched the beta of its new user-end product. The application enables users to move any Windows application into the cloud environment.

The key features of the platform, the company states, include full compatibility with any software, connectivity to a PDM (product data management) or cloud storage and enhanced graphics performance.

“Three years ago, we envisioned a platform that combines the best of the cloud’s flexibility with the power and reliability of desktop software,” said Nikola Bozinovic, founder and CEO of Frame. “Frame is the only platform that enables engineers and designers to install and run the CAD of their choice on any device. We’re excited to share it with the world.”
