A government scientist spent nearly 40,000 of his own dollars building the world’s quickest electric motorcycle. Once on camera at a Wired magazine event, Bill Dube’s ego got the better of him and he decided to do a burnout without the benefit of protective gear, not even a helmet to protect his presumably intelligent noggin. Here’s what happened to this inventor and occasional motorcycle pilot.
