Geotest-Marvin Test Systems, Inc. (Irvine, CA) announced the Service Pack 1 (build 134) for its ATEasy 6.0 software.

ATEasy 6.0 incorporates several new features, including enhanced support for WinSocket interfaces, an expanded driver library for PXI, LXI, and GPIB products, and extended support for the .NET framework.

“The release of ATEasy 6.0 SP1 is the direct result of feedback and suggestions provided by ATEasy users,” said Ron Yazma, vice president of Software Engineering.
