ICONICS (Foxborough, MA), a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and provider of Web-enabled, OPC-based, HMI/SCADA Visualization and Manufacturing Intelligence software for Microsoft Windows operating systems, released its latest BizViz Analytics solution, Productivity Analytics.

ICONICS’ BizViz suite of manufacturing intelligence/business visualization and analytics solutions visualizes and integrates the plant floor to the top floor, taking maximum advantage of Microsoft.NET technology. BizViz connects the factory floor to the enterprise using .NET, Web services, ASP.NET, SNMP, OPC-UA, and other Web-enabling technologies.

BizViz V9.1 adds a new Productivity Analytics solution that complements existing BizViz products. Users are able to gain insight into operations through real-time data aggregation and connectivity to multiple data sources, presented in an intuitive and intelligent manner.

Features include thin client Web-based configuration, configurable KPIs, automated, on-demand reporting, intuitive Web-based user interface, real-time alert notification, alarm performance benchmarking, OEE delivered to wireless devices, role-based, secure dashboards, and flexible shift scheduling.

BizViz Alarm Analytics provides rapid analysis, visualization, reporting and management of alarms, resulting in improved plant reliability, faster response times and deeper process understanding. Users are able to improve efficiency by uncovering alarm patterns, events and response times via an OSHA-/EEMUA-compliant solution.
