JENSEN HUGHES, Randal Brown & Associates Announce Merger

The transaction expands engineering and consulting services in markets such as automotive, energy and health care.

JENSEN HUGHES and Randal Brown & Associates have reached a merger agreement. This deal, according to a  press release, will expand the reach of both companies’ engineering and consulting services.

The organizations offer engineering services to a variety of markets, including health care, institutional, industrial, power and transportation.
