Kenesto announced the general availability of a major solution update of its social business collaboration suite. The update incorporates new customer-driven capabilities to enhance its collection of cloud-based file sharing, task management, workflow, project organization, and business collaboration capabilities.

“In addition to the many new customer-driven features we’ve added to our subscription-based professional offering,” said Michael Payne, Kenesto CEO, “Our free Community Edition has been expanded to better enable collaboration among members of communities such as those in the maker market, and is also rapidly becoming a recognized platform for supporting collaborative ecosystems such as those that support new trends in areas like 3D printing.”

Enhancements include an improved user interface, expanded task management, enhanced contextual and stand-alone conversations, 100% cloud-rendered viewing of 3D models, file mark-up, mobile-device-enabled Revit model sharing, improved partner collaboration, and more.
