Markforged uses SOLIDWORKS to bring carbon fiber and metal 3D printers into the mainstream. Markforged designed a printer that allows you to embed continuous carbon fiber in the plastic and make a part that’s 10 times stronger than plastic has ever been before, according to Gregory Mark, founder and CEO.
