MAXON has released CINEBENCH 11.5, a hardware-testing suite that assesses a computer’s performance capabilities. The new version of CINEBENCH includes the ability to more accurately test the industry’s latest hardware, including systems with up to 64 processor threads. A more streamlined interface is designed to make testing systems and reading results more straightforward.
During the testing procedure, relevant data is measured and resulting values among different operating systems are compared. CINEBENCH can be used for hardware evaluation, as a marketing tool for hardware vendors, or as a means to compare hardware among colleagues.
CINEBENCH Release 11.5 is available free of charge via download from the MAXON web site and can be used on Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
