Maxxvault Adds E-Signature Solution to Document Management Suite

Document management provider MaxxVault has licensed the use of the SpringDox  eSignatures solution.

“The only piece missing from enabling our clients to go completely paperless was the collection of signatures,” said Bruce Malyon, CEO of MaxxVault. “With SpringDox our clients can now collect legally-binding signatures without ever using paper and ink. Not only will this eliminate the need to print copies of documents, but the signature process will be faster and more efficient.”

Built in the .NET framework, the SpringDox eSignatures easily integrates with the MaxxVault and MaxxCloud suites.
