MecSoft Releases RhinoCAM 2014

MecSoft announced the availability of RhinoCAM 2014, a major version release for its integrated CAM solution for Rhino.

The new release includes four CAM modules: RhinoCAM-MILL, RhinoCAM-TURN, RhinoCAM-NEST, and RhinoCAM-ART, each of which run integrated inside the Rhino 5 CAD program and can be bought and licensed independent of each other. The TURN module is a new module that is being introduced with the 2014 release.  All of other CAM modules were enhanced and improved in the new release, the company says.

“This release is an important release for MecSoft, in that we are not only releasing a brand new TURN module but have also improved all of our other CAM modules for Rhino,” said Joe Anand, president and CEO of MecSoft. “With all this new functionality together with the seamless integration inside Rhino 5.0, we continue to provide leading edge design and manufacturing capabilities rivaling other systems that cost significantly more.”
