3D Engineering (Cincinnati, OH)  launched its interactive training room for advanced engineering resources for training, reverse engineering, 3D CAD modeling and technical project planning via interactive virtual meetings nationwide.

Recently installed by 3D Engineering Solutions was 3M’s Digital Media System 815 interactive white board, offering up customer options for remote training and virtual design reviews. The training and engineering /  metrology lab saves customers time and money by way of virtual net meetings.

Several partnerships offer 3D Engineering Solutions’  customers best of breed offerings. For example, the company partners with portable laser scanning articulating CMM / Arms from Faro Technologies and leading-edge point cloud software, PolyWorks from InnovMetric, to offer advanced customer training and application support in laser scanning, 3D CAD modeling and reverse engineering.

Unigraphics NX5 Mach 3 CAD platform is used for designing process tooling and fixtures for the automotive and aerospace industries with customer data transferred via 3D Engineering’s secure FTP site. Additionally,  3D Engineering Solutions’ ISO 17025 accredited metrology lab provides advanced engineering services.
