Newark element14 Shipping Keysight Oscilloscope

The Keysight’s InfiniiVision 1000 X-Series oscilloscopes have been developed for electronic design engineers, students and hobbyists.

Newark element14 is now shipping the Keysight Technologies 1000 X Oscilloscope Series. The range has 50 to 100 MHz models delivering  functionality, software analysis and instrument integration, reportedly giving users even more value for money and saving valuable bench space.

Keysight’s InfiniiVision 1000 X-Series oscilloscopes have been developed for electronic design engineers, students and hobbyists, offerings more features and an enhanced performance when compared with the Keysight 1000 series.

The 1000 X-Series uses Keysight’s MegaZoom IV custom application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) technology, which enables a 50,000 waveforms/second update rate. This makes it easier to see random and infrequent glitches and anomalies, according to the company. The 1000 X-Series also has a high sampling rate of up to 2 GSa/s and comes standard with two probes. The oscilloscopes use segmented memory capability to maximize memory depth while helping the scope test faster.

In addition to being an oscilloscope, the 1000 X-Series is also a serial protocol analyzer, digital voltmeter and frequency counter — and the EDUX1002G and DSOX1102G models include a frequency response analyzer and WaveGen function generator.

Key features include:

  • 50 MHz to 100 MHz – fully upgradable.
  • More signal details with 50,000 wfms/sec update rate.
  • 6-in-1 integration: oscilloscope, frequency response analysis, WaveGen function generator, serial protocol analyzer, digital voltmeter, frequency counter.
  • Built-in frequency response analyzer with bode plotting.
  • USB save.
  • Connectivity compatibility and offline analysis software.
  • Multi-language support.
The Keysight InfiniiVision 1000 X-series is available from Farnell element14 in Europe, and element14 in Asia Pacific and Newark element14 in North America.
