Stealth Computer Corporation (Toronto, ONT) has introduced the LPC-401XG3 Gigabit LAN Little PC, saying it delivers “lightning fast network computing.” The robust anodized aluminum chassis measures just over two inches tall with an overall footprint about the size of a hard cover novel (10 in. X 5.82 in. X 2.79 in.) and weighing in at about 6 lbs.

The LittlePC contains 3X-high-speed Gigibit front loaded LAN ports, ideal for a myriad of applications such as security, multi-network communications, firewalls, and network diagnostics. I/O connectivity includes serial, parallel, 3X-USB, FireWire, video, LAN, PS/2 mouse, and keyboard ports. The LPC-401XG3 is available with a standard 80GB IDE hard drive and is expandable up to 300GB of storage space for archived data. For applications that require extra high shock/vibration protection, an optional Solid State Hard Drive or Flash Drives are available. A slim CD-ROM is standard with optional DVD, CD/RW, and DVDRW optical drives. Systems are compatible with Windows XP/2000, and can be pre-configured with LINUX if desired.
