nPower Software Offers Three Releases

nPower Software (San Diego, CA), a division of IntegrityWare, Inc. (San Diego, CA), released 5.0 of its Power NURBS, Power Solids, and Power Translators products (with support for 3ds Max 2009 and 3ds Design 2009, including 64 bit support).

This 5.0 version improves productivity and design throughput by optimizing common operations used in all of the commands. Power Translators, Power NURBS, and Power Solids 5.0 also take advantage of multiprocessor architectures with multithreaded tessellation. Version 5.0 supports larger models (especially for importing) due to a reduced memory footprint.

Power NURBS / Power Translators / Power Solids 5.0 introduces 3ds Max 2009 and 3ds Design 2009 support (including 64 bit processing); performance improvements; improved filleting and sewing UI; improved Navigator Interface; and 64-bit support for native translators.

Version 5.0 supports 64-bit processing for native translators products (Power CatiaToMax, Power UGStoMax, Power ProEtoMax), plus it handles larger models. Version 5.0 reduces the memory footprint and allows for the creation and importing of much larger models.

Power NURBS, Power Translators, and Power Solids are based on IntegrityWare’s SOLIDS ++ Kernel, a hybrid modeling system that supports Solids, Surface and Polygonal modeling. Power NURBS Pro sells for $995, Power Translators Basic sells for $495, and Power Solids sells for $695.
