QLogic Corp. (Aliso Viejo, CA) and LSI Corporation (Milpitas, CA) will be working together to cross-certify InfiniBand-based storage systems from LSI with QLogic InfiniBand networking products to enable both companies to deliver better InfiniBand solutions and support to joint customers.

LSI is actively involved in the QLogic HPCtrack Program for ecosystem partners and customers with HPC clusters. The HPCtrack program is designed to provide faster access to new InfiniBand technology, to certify the interoperability of ecosystem products and to provide a basis for closer collaboration on performance optimization of multi-vendor solutions.

In addition to LSI, a few of the other HPCtrack members include Altair, Autodesk, CD-adapco, Clustercorp, Corning Cabling Systems, Data Direct Networks, Livermore Software Technology Corporation, Quantum, RAID Incorporated, SCALI, SI-Cortex, and SIMULIA.

For further details, go to LSI Corporation or QLogic.
