Setaram Inc. (Pensauken, NJ & Caluire, France), a manufacturer of Thermal Analysis and calorimetry instruments, announces the acquisition of Hy-Energy LLC (Newark, CA), a manufacturer of high performance gas sorption scientific instruments for the ever-expanding field of clean renewable energy research. The acquisition of Hy-Energy comes just weeks after Setaram Instrumentation announced a strategic distribution partnership with Microcal, which is aimed at enhancing the level of sales and support of MicroCal products across Europe.
