SGS Expands LTE/4G Testing Capabilities

The organization is using Rohde & Schwartz to offer a wider range of tests to customers.

SGS, an independent group of suppliers for electronics testing, verification, inspection and certification, has expanded its LTG/4G testing services through Rohde & Schwartz. The organization is now offering the following tests:

  • LTE LBS (AGNSS/OTDOA) minimum performance, VoLTE E-911 protocol;
  • LTE eMBMS RF, performance and protocol;
  • LTE carrier aggregation data throughput, RF performance and protocol;
  • IMS/VoLTE protocol;
  • Video telephony performance (audio and video quality);
  • Rich communications services (RCS) protocol;
  • and ePDG/Wi-Fi over IMS calling/Wi-Fi offloading.
