Siemens, Tata Consultancy Services Streamline Business Processes With New Software

ETO2Win focuses on making Engineer-to-Order processes more efficient.

Siemens and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) have announced ETO2Win, a new joint software and services solution for automating Engineer-to-Order processes. The partnership combines Siemens’ Rulestream software and TCS’ consulting services to address challenges faced by ETO manufacturers.

The software is designed to capture, manage and reuse corporate intellectual property to automate engineering processes for manufacturers. ETO2Win streamlines inquiry-to-quote and order-to-release processes, improves proposal accuracy and win rates, the company states. It is designed for ETO processes in the automotive, aerospace, heavy equipment, machinery and HVAC industries.

“The ETO2Win solution is a great example of our partnership with Siemens to deliver high value PLM solutions that provide maximum customer benefit,” said Reguraman (Regu) Ayyaswamy, global head, Engineering and Industrial Services, TCS. “For more than 25 years, TCS’ expertise in product development, distribution, migrations, systems integration, and industry solutions, combined with Siemens’ industry leading technology, has created significant value for our joint customers.”
