During joint webinar with ANSYS,  Inc., Sigma Technology, a provider of IOSO multi-objective design optimization software, will present their Robust Design Optimization approach for real-life CFD tasks. Automatic coupled solution of ANSYS CFX and IOSO will be demonstrated with examples from high-tech industries.

The RDO approach implies the automatic usage of various fidelity models (3D CFD simulation as a high-fidelity model and an adaptive surrogate model as a low-fidelity model). The involvement of adaptive surrogate model allows a user to increase the solution speed of RDO problem in full stochastic statement and makes it possible to handle it in the appropriate time limit without the use of extraordinary hardware resources,  according to the company.

The hour-long webinar takes place Nov. 18 at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. GMT.
