Stanley Consultants Adds New Director of International Project Development

Engineering firm Stanley Consultants has announced the addition of Carol Bell to its office as director, International Project Development.

According to a company press release, Bell has over 17 years of experience working with federal government agencies. At Stanley, she will serve as a Washington, DC representative, and will build and maintain relationships with the firm’s new and existing clients. Bell will also serve as a company liaison for legislative issues.

“I first met Carol several years ago when we both served on the International Committee of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC),” said Gregs Thomopulos, Stanley Consultants’ chairman of the board. “I am excited that Carol is now a member of Stanley Consultants. Her perspective, talent, and expertise of the international market will be a real asset to our company.”
