Stratasys Announces New Objet260 3D Printer

The system is equipped specifically for dental applications.

Stratasys, a providers of 3D printing solutions, showcased the Objet260 Dental Selection 3D printer at the International Dental Show in Cologne, Germany. This system, the company states, offers unprecedented dental model realism to improve accuracy of digital dentistry.

The Objet260 is ideal for mid- to large-sized dental and orthodontic labs by making models for dental applications. It is compatible will all PolyJet dental materials and can print surgical guides directly from CBCT scan data. These guides include high-definition tooth, root and nerve-canal anatomy.
