Strategic Test Corp. (Woburn, MA)has announced the UF2e-3120 two-channel 10 MSps 12-bit waveform digitizer PCIExpress card. Signals of up to 2 GS can be recorded to the card memory orstreamed at full rate to the host PC. Features include the options fordual-timebase sampling, synchronous digital inputs, asynchronous digital I/O,and the possibility to synchronize up to 542 channels.
Drivers andprogramming examples for Microsoft Windows Vista, XP64, XP, and Linux (RedHat,Fedora, SuSe, Sarge) are supplied with the card, as well as the SBench 5.3oscilloscope program. SDK’s for MATLAB, LabVIEW, Agilent-VEE, DASYLab, andLabWindows/CVI are available as options.
Key specifications include 32 MSmemory (expandable to 2 GS), continuous 120 MSps streaming to host PC, 10.6 bits. 66.0 dB signal-to-noise ratio, -63.0 dB total harmonic distortion, 5 MHzstandard bandwidth. There are eight input voltage ranges from ±50 mV to ±10 V, aprogrammable offset of ±100%, and input impedances of 50 Ohm or 1 MOhm alloweach channel to be individually configured for the signal source.
Likeall UltraFast boards, the UF2e-3120 waveform digitizer cards can be customizedwith hardware options to best match the application:
