TFTLabs Adds Support for MicroStation 3D Models

TFTLabs announced support for MicroStation 3D visualization data (.DGN files). This format is immediately available in the TFTLabs product line: TFTWeb and TFT4iT.

Entities treated in DGN 3D files include assemblies, parts, visibilities, colors, transparency, levels, attributes, solids/surfaces (including smart), and wireframe.

“Our coverage of 3D DGN is completing our offer, especially towards the energy sector. We are excited to bring to the market a way to share directly DGN information through a simple Web browser,” said Didier Guillaud, application manager in charge of plant activity.

TFTLabs products work directly on 3D data from all native or generic CAD formats (more than 20 formats) up to their latest revision.
