Longview Advisors' event highlights problems and solutions surrounding sharing Multi-CAD data in a global enterprise.

The lineup is complete for this year’s 2008 3D Collaboration & Interoperability Conference and Exhibition, announced its organizer, Longview Advisors of Loveland, CO. The event focusing on 3D deployment in a global manufacturing enterprise is to take place May 15 & 16, 2008 at the Denver Athletic Club in Denver, Colorado.

The lineup of experts at this 4th annual industry conference brings together industry leaders who will discuss the issues and barriers to sharing and working with digital product data.

Keynote speaker Dr. Mike Jahadi of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics will open with a presentation on global integration and management of 21st century fighter aircraft. The second day keynote speech will be given by Kevin Borek, PLM Lead for the Pentagon, who will discuss product lifecycle management (PLM) from the perspective of the Department of Defense (DoD). Another expert includes Charles Lee, Integrated Product Team Lead at The Boeing Company, whose presentation will discuss challenges of migrating legacy data, lessons learned, and recommended best practices. Other industries represented at the conference include automotive, aerospace, heavy equipment, electronics, and discrete manufacturing industries.
