Theorem Solutions Releases CADverter 17.2 for PTC Creo Parametric

Theorem Solutions has released the latest version of its CADverter translation suite for PTC Creo Parametric. Version 17.2 includes support for the newest Publish 3D suite of products and Theorem’s Multi-CAD plug-in.

The Publish3D Suite includes Publish 3D Interactive, Publish 3D On Demand and Publish 3D Automated. The suite is available for PTC Creo Parametric wF5, Creo 1.0 and Creo 2.0. The publishing suite allows companies to create and share PDF documentation containing embedded interactive 3D data from PTC Creo Parametric. Interactive 3D models can be viewed and interrogated. Components within assemblies can be turned on and off, shaded and rendered for technical authoring.

With the updated Multi-CAD plug-in, users now have access to the following uni- and bi-directional CADverters:

• PTC Creo Parametric CADverter for CATIA R18 to V5-6R2013/R2014
• PTC Creo Parametric CADverter for 3DEXPERIENCE Platform
• PTC Creo Parametric CADverter for NX 9
• PTC Creo Parametric CADverter for JT

The Multi-CAD functionality is aimed at users that require working in a Multi-CAD environment without the need for external translation. Native data can be inserted and changes are updated automatically. Also included in version 17.2 is Theorem’s CATIA V5 Adapter for Creo View.
