ThermoAnalytics Releases Version 12.0

The platform has a handful of user-focused features.

ThermoAnalytics has released the latest version of its flagship software solution. Version 12.0, according to the company is the most powerful software release to date with a variety of enhancements created to suit customer needs.

Some new features include:

  • Distributed computing capabilities for multi-grid and partial-direct solvers to be run in parallel.
  • Post-processing relations that enable users to isolate or emphasize component relationships and visualize component-to-component energy contributions.
  • Upgraded graphics for rendering performance with 10x to 100x speed increases.
  • Pass/Fail/Warning status for component parts, so that users can analyze minimum or maximum design temperature.
  • Thermal probes that analyze temperatures at any depth of a solid model.
In addition to these new features, the company has rebranded the platform as TAITherm. Instead of keeping it under the name RadTherm, the company feels that TAITherm better reflects its brand, value and the software’s ability to be a complete thermal management solution.
