Some of the new advancements attendees will learn about in SpaceClaim Engineer 2010 include:

  • A new dedicated sheet metal tab, form features and library, cross section-based creation, bend flat patterns to 3D sheet metal,  lightweight patterns, and engraved cutout notes.
  • New mechanism placement conditions for ball joints, gears,  tangency, rigid body, and fixed.
  • 3D sketching of points, lines, and splines.
  • Body volume power select simulation preparation.
  • Interoperability: On-the-fly, lightweight import.
