In the upcoming NAFEMS Americas 2016 Conference (Seattle, Washington, June 7-9), Dr. Steve Scott, senior VP and CTO of computer systems provider Cray, plans to discuss how access to high-performance computing (HPC) is changing the way engineers conduct simulation.

His keynote address is titled “HPC Trends and their Impact on CAE Simulation,” set for Thursday June 9, following the welcome speech at 8:30 AM. Scott kindly agreed to respond to the questions posed by DE, as a preview of his talk.
